We would like to ask if you can try the following steps?
1- Login to your SolarWinds RMM Dashboard
2- Right-click on the device
3- Click on Edit Workstation
4- Select Remote Access
5- Set the Setting to OFF
6- Right-click the device and hit Run checks

7- Access the machine by any means available
8- Go to the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Take Control Agent and if there is still the Uninstall.exe run it
9- After the uninstallation is complete delete any remaining files and folders in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Take Control Agent
C:\Program Files (x86)\Take Control Agent
C:\ProgramData\GetSupportService_LOGICNow\
C:\ProgramData\GetSupportService_LOGICNow

10- Re-enable the Take Control SolarWinds Agent on the SolarWinds RMM Dashboard
11- In a few moments the Take Control SolarWinds Agent should install and be accessible
